The importance of a detoxified intestine

A successful bowel evacuation produces large, fairly hard faeces whilst a more critical one has soft faeces which break up in the final phase. In either case we always retain some residual waste matter in our bodies particularly in the final 30-40cm of the rectal channel and sigmoid colon. After a period of 2-3 hours this residual material dries up. Even when there are only traces of this residual material, over time layers are formed causing:

1. A space reduction in the sigmoid colon and over time throughout the colon. A warning of this situation is when our faeces become like small pellets, for example like goat faeces.
