Sales Promoter Contract

Sales Promoter program

The "WLIFE srl SALES PROMOTION PROGRAM" (Company register number MI-1869198), requires that requesting partners (henceforth called "PROMOTERS"), complete an application form. Completing this form implies tacit acceptance of the promoter contract terms.
Promoter Contract Terms

The "WLIFE srl SALES PROMOTION PROGRAM" has the goal of establishing a sales partnership between WLIFE SRL and those Sales Promoters who request to join the program. The objective is to create a partnership with reciprocal partner advantages. Joining the program is completely free of charge and does not imply any financial commitments now or n the future. The WLIFE Company will pay the agreed commission (see below) for every sale successfully completed by those site visitors who confirm the purchase via a Sales Promoter by inserting the assigned "Sales Promoter Code". The agreed commission is 10% of the billed amount of all purchased WLIFE products from the site www.neatcolon.com.

A successful purchase means that the purchaser has completed payment, has not returned the goods within 10 days after reception (purchaser has the right to do this). In these cases the order is cancelled. The commission does not cover shipping charges.

Every time a person makes a purchase and inputs your "Sales Promoter Code", even at different times and dates for any type of product you will earn commission.
Payment of promoter commission

WLIFE srl will send a three monthly statement to its Sales Promoters stating the commission earned during the 3 month period up to the following dates:
- March, 31st
- June, 30th
- September, 30th
- December, 31st
Based on this statement the Sales promoter will provide an invoice or bill for the specific 3 monthly period for the promotional services provided. Payment will be made on the 25th day of the month following the specific 3 monthly period. On request the payment may be made by the equivalent of WLIFE products chosen from the www.neatcolon.com site or else holiday/travel vouchers agreed between the Sales Promoter and WLIFE srl.
How to join the program

The agreement requires that the on-line "application form" is completed and the contract terms accepted. Once completed and accepted WLIFE srl reserves the right whether to proceed with the agreement or not. Those organisations which are considered might damage the image or reputation of WLIFE srl will not be taken into consideration. For this reason if at any time it is found that the agreement terms have not been respected then WLIFE may terminate the agreement and if necessary take legal proceedings. No exclusive agreement is proposed to the promoter. The Sales Promoter may terminate the agreement at any time and without need of explanation. All that is necessary is to send an e-mail. The commission earned up to that time will paid as per contract.
Obligations and rights of the Sales Promoter

Once the contract request has been accepted the requester becomes a Sales Promoter of the www.neatcolon.com site and will receive an email with the "Sales Promoter code" which should be indicated on the company's flyers.
Fiscal rules

Sales commission are a payment for intermediation services between WLIFE and the Sales Promoter. Those Sales Promoters resident in Italy requesting monetary payment for their services must supply an invoice so that withholding tax can be indicated.
Privacy

WLIFE ensures that the privacy of its Sales Promoters will be respected based on Italian privacy law - Article 13 of the Legislation decree 196/2003.

Collected data will be used exclusively by WLIFE srl and not disclosed to third parties.
Site Availability

WLIFE srl is committed to maintaining its internet site up and running apart from causes due to site maintenance or "force majeue". In all cases however WLIFE srl declines responsibility for any consequences due to site non availability.
Length of agreement

The contact has effect from the day the request by the Sales Promoter has been accepted and is renewed automatically. The Sales Promoter may terminate the agreement at any time and without need of explanation. All that is necessary is to send an e-mail. The commission earned up to that time will paid as per the contract.
Contestation

All contestations related to this agreement will fall within the jurisdiction of the Milan (Italy) court.
